    Farm Dinner – Friday, October 17

    Begin the weekend with a beautifully curated farm-to-table dinner served under the stars. Enjoy multiple courses paired with Vega wines, highlighting the freshest ingredients from our estate.

    Santa Barbara Vintners Festival – Saturday, October 18

    Join us as we host the Santa Barbara Vintners Festival, a signature event showcasing the area’s finest wines and producers.

Tasting Room & Restaurant - Kids Policy

Kids are welcome… but the rules apply like a regular restaurant and tasting room.

We have a dedicated kids area called Pops Place. Please see that area of click here to be redirected to that area. Many adults want to enjoy our property as well as kids.

So we have made many areas for all to enjoy!

Dog Policy

At Vega Vineyard & Farm, we know that in California, dogs are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends to share in the beauty of our property. We’ve created an immersive, open environment for all guests to enjoy, and with that comes the responsibility to ensure everyone — people, pets, and staff — feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Our guidelines are designed to protect the experience for all visitors while still embracing the joy dogs bring.

Please note the following rules:

·       Owner Responsibility: Dog owners are fully responsible for their pet’s actions, including behavior, any injuries, or damages caused.

·       Breed & Size: For safety, only well-behaved, non-aggressive breeds are allowed, whether large or small.

·       Party Size Limit: For groups of 8 or more guests, a maximum of 2 dogs is permitted.

·       Right of Removal: We reserve the right, at our discretion, to require the removal of any dog that causes concern or makes guests, employees, or managers feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

·       Why These Rules Exist: These guidelines are in place due to past incidents involving dogs on the property, and they reflect our commitment to creating a welcoming, respectful environment for everyone.

History of Rancho de Vega

Each day, the sun rises over the Los Padres National Forest Range to the east and sets beyond our coastal waters to the west, illuminating one of Santa Ynez Valley’s historic ranches, Rancho de Vega, originally established in 1853.
