It’s Steve Clifton’s favorite night of the year — Nebbiolo Night — and this November, he’s opening his private library to share some of his most cherished vintages, drawn from over 30 years of winemaking mastery.
This intimate evening features a multi-course menu created by Chef Chris Rossi, showcasing the incredible seasonal bounty from Vega Vineyard & Farm. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a hand-selected Nebbiolo from Steve’s collection, offering a rare opportunity to taste the depth and beauty of this noble varietal across decades.
Seating is limited to just 50 guests, with tickets released exclusively to our Wine Club members first. An unforgettable night of wine, food, and connection awaits.

A bountiful Thanksgiving buffet, featuring all the traditional fixings served family-style—think roast turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry relish, and more.
Fresh and vibrant Vega Farm salads showcasing the season’s best local produce—crisp greens, roasted root vegetables, house-made dressings, and colorful garden accents.
An assorted dessert selection to satisfy every sweet tooth: pumpkin pie, apple crisp, pecan tart, and other seasonal favorites crafted with care.
All served amidst the breathtaking backdrop of Vega Vineyard & Farm—wander through the vineyard as the grapevine leaves transform into brilliant fall colors, and enjoy the serene beauty of the landscape.
Festa del Pomodoro
As the vineyard glows with golden light and the tomatoes reach their peak ripeness, we invite you to an unforgettable evening in the heart of the farm. Join us for Festa del Pomodoro, a multi-course dinner that pays homage to our vibrant tomato harvest, surrounded by the rustic beauty of Vega Vineyard during its most colorful season.
Acclaimed winemaker Steve Clifton will be pouring his elegant wines, thoughtfully paired with each course to complement the rich flavors of farm-fresh tomatoes. From sun-ripened heirlooms to golden yellow sauces and candied cherry tomato desserts, each dish is a tribute to the simple magic of tomatoes grown just steps from your table.
Set beneath the open sky, this experience brings together food, wine, and community in a way only Vega can — seasonal, soulful, and rooted in the land.

Enjoy our hearty Shrimp & Sausage Boil, brimming with succulent shrimp, smoky sausage, tender corn on the cob, and baby potatoes—all simmered in zesty Creole seasoning for bold Louisiana flavor. Served with fresh Vega Farm salads and all the trimmings, it’s the perfect mix of vibrant garden freshness and rustic comfort—made for sharing, savoring, and making memories.
Wine Club members enjoy complimentary, free-flowing wine during the event and special member pricing on Shrimp Boil tickets. Guests of members are welcome—Shrimp Boil tickets are available at the regular price, with wine and food tickets offered for an additional fee.
