Join us for a soulful, slow-cooked celebration inspired by the great braises of Northern Italy. Brasato Misto—literally “mixed braise”—is a classic communal dish meant to be shared, lingered over, and enjoyed with good wine and even better company.
Multiple cuts of meat are gently braised for hours in Vega Vineyard wine, aromatics, and herbs until impossibly tender, then presented over creamy polenta, soaking up every drop of the rich, velvety sauce.
This is comfort food elevated—rustic, elegant, and deeply satisfying.

This intimate evening features a multi-course menu created by Chef Chris Rossi, showcasing the incredible seasonal bounty from Vega Vineyard & Farm. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a hand-selected Nebbiolo from Steve’s collection, offering a rare opportunity to taste the depth and beauty of this noble varietal across decades.
Seating is limited to just 50 guests, with tickets released exclusively to our Wine Club members first. An unforgettable night of wine, food, and connection awaits.

Acclaimed winemaker Steve Clifton will be pouring his elegant wines, thoughtfully paired with each course to complement the rich flavors of farm-fresh tomatoes. From sun-ripened heirlooms to golden yellow sauces and candied cherry tomato desserts, each dish is a tribute to the simple magic of tomatoes grown just steps from your table.

Served with fresh Vega Farm salads and all the trimmings, it’s the perfect mix of vibrant garden freshness and rustic comfort—made for sharing, savoring, and making memories.
Wine Club members enjoy complimentary, free-flowing wine during the event and special member pricing on Shrimp Boil tickets. Guests of members are welcome—Shrimp Boil tickets are available at the regular price, with wine and food tickets offered for an additional fee.
